You will contribute by:
- Picking various items by using order sheets or an audio headset
- Stacking items on a pallet for wrapping and loading at the bay doors
- Ensuring accuracy to orders while adhering to our safety standards
- Operating a double walkie-rider or electric pallet jack to remove cases of products from storage rack & place on pallet and apply selection labels to appropriate cases (not in all cases)
- Utilizing proper wrapping techniques to ensure safety of product to prevent damages
- Informing Supervisor of any differences in case quantity and/or description
- Performing equipment inspections & completion of appropriate form
- Frequent safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
- Having the ability and willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures

Develop project knowledge through the study of project documents (contracts, specifications, blueprints). Maintain a full set of current construction documents, as-built drawings, and mark-up shop drawings.
Coordinate with the Project Management Team to schedule all construction meetings to include weekly site meetings, subcontractor meetings, mockup and preinstall meetings, inspections, client meetings, and architect/engineer meetings.
Organize and supervise the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and other project related individuals on construction sites for efficient and safe management. Lead preconstruction meetings with all subs.
Develop a job site layout and a site utilization plan to ensure project schedule meets timelines.
Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion. Exercise control over the rate of construction and coordinate changes in schedule with project management team and subcontractors. Identify and inform project management team of scheduling conflicts.
Lead inspection of day-to-day construction work to enforce work scope specifications. Responsible for daily quality control and ensuring materials and equipment are installed to manufacturers specifications. Facilitate immediate correction of any deficiencies.
Maintain job site documentation by tracking and recording subcontractor performance daily, documenting and compiling all information regarding modifications for plans, maintaining records of events and change orders, and tracking work accomplished.
Communicate with project management teams regarding RFI's, material submittals, and labor needs.
Maintain safety and the condition of the job site by ensuring equipment is properly maintained, conducting daily safety inspections, enforcing cleanup, and ensuring subcontractors comply with applicable OSHA guidelines and Catalyst safety practices and procedures.
Identify any non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards and issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors regarding quality of work or scheduling. Partner with Safety Manager for remediation.
Serve as an advisor and facilitator for job related problems. Communicate with stakeholders effectively to address issues and obstacles in a timely manner.
Direct project close out and completion with PM team. Coordinate punch list completion and transfer of warranties, guarantees and manuals.
Attend meetings and training assigned.
Complete projects as assigned.
Requirements:
5-8 years of experience within Construction or Trades Management

2nd Shift Flex Operator
$15 per hour job in Lomira, WI
Performs general laborer type work that relates to production operations. This may include positioning and/or remove materials to assist Machine Operators, move finished products utilizing pallets jacks, assist the loading/unloading of raw materials on machines, helping prepare machines for operations, and others as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform routine operations related to assembling, pemming, spot welding, drilling, forming, and/or any other operations as needed.
Assist machine operators by running machine after set-up process has occurred.
Inspects, cleans, and packages parts.
Helps remove finished parts from the machines. Will also assist in loading the raw materials and positioning them prospering on the equipment.
Perform general clean-up duties of the equipment and surrounding areas.
May perform basic material handling duties with the use of manual pallet jack to move material and stage materials.
Adhere to all Jor-Mac and OSHA safety related work rules and procedures.
Other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
High school diploma or general education (GED) and one to three months related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous experience in a weld fabrication environment preferred, but not required.
Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple correspondence.
Ability to understand work orders and follow procedures.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; occasionally required to sit and talk; frequently required to hear, walk and continuously stand and reach with hands and arms. The employee will frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Continuously exposed to manufacturing noise.
