POSITION SUMMARY:
The Licensed Mental Health professional participates as an integral professional member of a multi-disciplinary team, implementing and assisting in the supervision of social service interventions to patients. Social Service Provider will conduct therapy groups according to daily program schedule. Group content will be selected according to the current population to promote the most effective therapeutic services. The provider will complete assessments, communicate with family members, complete treatment plans, and participate in staffing with treatment team as needed. Furthermore, the Social Service Provider will demonstrate a strong knowledge in a wide range of disorders; cognitive, emotional, and developmental, social and behavioral. Additional duties include performing crisis intervention, special case conferences, and communication to outside agencies to ensure that the patient rights, care, and needs are met.

Required Skills\/Experience
Must come from a Java Development background
Certified Scrum Master
Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least 2 years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
Critical understanding of various shortcomings and their remedies
Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
Knowledge and\/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team
Experience applying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)
Previous experience as a team lead would be a plus

Must be familiar with electrical hazards and appropriate operating procedure when in proximity to electrical conductors and aerial rescue techniques in the event of an emergency aloft

Ensure the sanitation of transport vehicles by cleaning after every transfer; sink, toilet, lavatory and adequately maintain a log.
Promote the development of positive social skills through modeling appropriate behaviors and intervening when inappropriate behaviors are observed.
Maintain accountability of staff, inmates, and property; adhere to safety practices.
