    Vault Communications

Graphic designer internship job in Conshohocken, PA

Senior Graphic Designer We're An Anything but Typical Agency Seeking Anything but Typical Talent Vault Communications isn't your typical full-service integrated communications agency. We're the scrappy, fun, and wildly creative Philadelphia area firm that's turning heads for our people-centered workplace (named one of The Philadelphia Inquirer's Top Workplaces in 2024 & 2025, one of Philly's Civic 50, and a five-time consecutive winner of the Philadelphia Business Journal Best Places to Work designation). Every day, we come to work guided by our four Core Values - Heart, Hunger, Curiosity and Excellence - and we're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who will embrace these values and bring their unique talents to our firm. What You'll Actually Do as a Senior Graphic Designer As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll be the visual genius behind campaigns that stop people mid-scroll and make clients say “wow, that's exactly it.” You'll transform strategic briefs into stunning designs - whether it's collaborating on a brand identity that pops, designing a social campaign that breaks the internet, or adding the visual flair to a presentation deck that actually makes people pay attention. You'll flex your creative muscles independently or with the team, mentoring junior designers who are hungry to learn your secrets while keeping projects on time and on budget. Some days you'll be creating pixel-perfect brochures and flyers. Other days you'll be presenting bold concepts to clients, explaining your design decisions with confidence, or brainstorming the next big idea that becomes a case study we brag about for years. The best part? You'll have the creative freedom to push boundaries and the right mentorship to make magic happen. What We're Looking For Someone with 3+ years of graphic design experience (with agency experience being a significant advantage) who has excellent design skills, solid presentation skills, a strategic mind for design decisions and can juggle competing deadlines with grace. Our ideal candidate has that perfect mix of big-picture creative vision, roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic, old school mastery of design fundamentals (typography, color theory, composition), and new school fluency with emerging design trends and tools that are reshaping our industry. Our ideal Senior Graphic Designer is detail-obsessed, has excellent judgment and problem-solving skills - and is a wizard with the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office 365 (because yes, making PowerPoint look good is an art form too). Motion, web, accessibility or other special skills a big plus! Must have solid pre-press experience and expert-level mastery of InDesign. What We'll Bring to the Table A hybrid work setup in our new Conshohocken office, competitive pay plus bonus and profit sharing (because when we win, you win!), flexible scheduling, year-round summer Fridays, 100% paid health benefits, generous PTO, and the kind of company culture that makes Monday mornings feel a little less Monday-ish. More benefits information can be found here. Other requirements: Professional level mastery of the English language. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various locations. Adherence to agency policies as outlined in agency handbook. Please no agencies or recruiters.
