Responsibilities:
EMAIL
Collaborate with Email Team to provide email photo selects, layout & design
Produce best-in-class emails using graphics, photography, and motion graphics that engage and inform
Identify and execute on email growth initiatives, brand awareness, and education using quality visual means
Ensure all email graphics, email layout, and all email visuals are on brand to create next-level emails driving
engagement with our growing brand
Work quickly to create assets for topical or last-minute campaigns
DIGITAL MARKETING
Create digital ad graphics and visuals to create show-stopping ads driving engagement on Rhoback products (this will often be the same graphics from the emails, just adjusted slightly)
PRINT COLLATERAL
Collaborate with merchandising, marketing and creative team to build print collateral including mailers, catalogs, line books, in-store signage & other printed materials.
Create all graphics and layout that will elevate the brand projection and product offering
WEB DESIGN
Collaborate with Website Team to create all website graphics, website layout, and all website visuals for seasonal campaigns & deliveries
BRANDING
Collaborate with lead designers & Creative Director to best understand and develop unified brand voice and vision, and constantly ideate on ways to use art & design to tell Rhoback's story. Maintain brand voice using graphic artwork across all channels of business
Collaborate with Social Media team to align on creative assets for any organic social media posts (i.e., new Rhoback Athlete announcements) and lifestyle photography to be used from the Media House
Qualifications:

Job Description
The Graphic Designer / Content Developer shall provide support to facilitate oral and written communications requirements for the Client with other Government elements, foreign partners, the private sector, and the public. What You'll Do
Own all visual design for mail inserts, digital ads, social assets, email templates, sales decks, and event graphics-end to end.
Maintain and evolve our visual guidelines-typography, color, iconography-and enforce consistency across all materials.
Design in‑app UI assets and mockups including app splash screens, icons, illustrations, etc. that align with our mobile experience.
Create and maintain a living design system and template library so non-designers can execute on-brand assets without breaking the bank.
Partner with Marketing, Product, Ad Operations and Sandboxx News to produce on-brand infographics, explainers, and one-pagers that distill complex benefits into simple visuals.
Collaborate with Growth to A/B test ad creatives, track performance, and iterate quickly on what resonates with our audience.
Support the team by designing booth layouts, signage, and swag that leave a lasting impression on recruits and supporters.
Lead design for all merchandise and swag-apparel, stickers, mugs, lapel pins, and more-ensuring each item feels true to Sandboxx's brand and mission.
Collaborate on slide decks and dashboards, ensuring visual clarity and engaging layouts for stakeholder reporting.
Lead and manage freelance relationships to scale output without sacrificing quality.

Audit every active design asset-identify inconsistencies, redundant file versions, and quick-win updates.
Deliver a basic Figma library for digital & print channels
Pitch a Digital Asset Management solution for all Sandboxx creative assets
Launch a refreshed email template suite with master templates and 7 campaign-specific templates (weekly training updates, holiday promotion, newsletter, etc.)
Develop and design new ad spec sheets and media kit with Ad Operations
Develop and implement a new Sandboxx News logo

Roll out a full-featured design system in Figma, complete with component guidelines, color palettes, and typography scales.
Partner with Growth Marketing to iterate on at least 5 ad creative tests, improving CTR by 15% and lowering improving ROAS by 10%.
You'll develop a design request process and scale across each cross-functional team.
Within the first 6 months, you'll
You'll cut average design‐request turnaround time in half by leveraging your template library and streamlined processes.
You'll partner with Lifecycle Marketing and/or Growth Marketing to A/B test at least five ad or email creatives, driving a 15% improvement in engagement metrics ( clicks or CTR).
You'll expand the design system to cover new channels-blog graphics, Sandboxx news graphics & thumbnails, in-app banners, etc.-ensuring every touchpoint matches our brand's look and feel

You've built or maintained a design system before-creating reusable components, naming conventions, and documentation that teams actually follow.

Required Qualifications:
Experience in fuze component design, prototyping, and testing for fuze component testing. Specific knowledge of the testing of energetic components during live firings for tactical systems is preferred.

Engineering knowledge of how to write test procedures, test plans, conduct test readiness reviews, and write test reports.
