General Responsibilities
The GraphicDesigner will be responsible for the design & production of marketing materials through all phases of the project, including content generation, design, production management and final proofing. About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented GraphicDesigner that has past screen printing and embroidery experience and that has basic knowledge of excel to join our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing:
Creative & Production Tasks:
Prepare and format artwork for screen printing, embroidery, and DTF using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Review and proof files for proper sizing, color separations, and embroidery digitizing (DST, EMB, PDF formats).
Communicate with the creative and production teams to ensure designs are accurate and ready for production.
Maintain organized digital folders and assist with mockups, client approvals, and new design requests.
Operations & Support Tasks:
Track production jobs and assist with scheduling to keep projects moving efficiently.
