As Interactive Designer, you will: - Connect avidly with client creative team in the healthcare industry - Conceptualize and create interactive designs for websites, banners, microsites, landing pages, email campaigns and other components - Create user flows based on multiple user personas, assist in consulting on UX/UI best practices and procedures - Create mockups, wireframes, prototypes, information architecture, etc. for simple sites - Work collaboratively with large design team, and on occasion work independently on projects - Communicate with team leadership to stay abreast of incoming projects, assets, timelines - Adhere to project deadlines, provide feedback on possible roadblocks, or project delays - Stay abreast of client's business, competitors and overall industry and apply information strategically to designs - Ensure branding is followed through messaging cross channel - Create highly user-centric designs, always adjusting efforts to meet customer behavior - Communicate with developers to ensure designs are followed and conceptualize new design needs when they face technological road blocks - Assist with other design duties as needed Background Profile - Large experience creating user-centric interactive designs - Robust understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices, ability to create site maps, user flows, information architecture, user personas, wireframes, mockups and prototypes - Ability to create simple design solutions to complex problems - Experience working with design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. - Experience conducting usability testing, and understanding ADA standards and browser capabilities - Experience being part of a large cross-functional team - BS/BA Degree and 5+ years of experience in interactive design - Preferred: Experience in the healthcare industry This is a remote full time opportunity for a company in Nashville, TN - company prefers talent based in CST or EST.
