The 2025 Hawaii State Legislature passed bill 961 that establishes a two-year pilot program for a 12-month certified librarian to provide rotating library support services to a school complex.
The Complex Certified Librarian will:
* Collaborate with school administrators and teachers to evaluate currently available learning resources and school needs in the areas of information literacy and technology
