Communicates issues and concerns regarding specialized treatment programs with the Clinical Director. Evaluates and monitors youth at risk of suicide or in need of specialized treatment services; effectively manages wait lists for youth requiring specialized treatment; and ensures youth progress and provides consultation and supervision to clinicians providing direct service through specialized treatment programs in a timely manner. Reviews clinical and forensic evaluations and risk management recommendations in transition/transfer packets for clinical integrity and effectively manages duties for assigned clinicians. Assists clinical director in monitoring facility mental health needs and ensures access to mental health resources is efficient and timely in accordance with agency policy. Monitors outcomes for racial, ethnic, and/or gender disparities and takes action to address identified disparities.
