Key Responsibilities
Drive Quench's rapid growth by generating commercial ice sales through face-to-face interactions, calls, and B2B outreach.
Conduct on-site meetings and site surveys to engage and solution with customers to place Culligan Quench's commercial ice product offerings.
Identify customer needs, budget constraints, and overcome objections to propose customized solutions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and execute effective selling strategies.
Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
Meet or exceed new business sales goals with consistent daily/weekly activity.
Handle administrative duties such as preparing sales reports, maintaining records, and filing expense account reports.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Qualifications
Strong technical selling and negotiating skills; ability to overcome customer objections.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas who is motivated by growth and success in a competitive landscape.
Experience learning and selling technically complex products - preferably within the industrial sector.
Excellent communication skills, both via phone and email, with a clear, enthusiastic approach, good listening skills, quick understanding of customer needs, and strong follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly and resourcefully to changing situations.
Solid team player with outstanding integrity.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Coordinate delivery, receipt, and tracking of material from electrical vendors. Anticipate potential delays or shortcomings in material delivery and collaborate with project team to solve.
Promote a strong, relationship based safety culture within Signal and with all subcontractors on the job.
Evaluate and sign off on excavation, hot work, and other permits to ensure work is being carried out in compliance with all safety standards. Review electrical subcontractor JSA/ JHA's prior to starting work.
Review and supervise procedures for installation, testing, LOTO, and energization of electrical equipment.
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:
Strong understanding of basic electrical theory and practices, including NEC standards.
Experience with means and methods of electrical activities including cable trenching, installation of equipment, terminations, and testing.
Understanding of the function and composition of electrical equipment including transformers, circuit breakers, switches, cable, junction boxes, and inverters.

The Technician Level 2 prepares vacant apartment homes for new residents by completing repairs, installations, and inspections. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by completing repairs, cleaning, and ensuring all features are in working order per our Total Quality Make Ready (TQMR) program.
Perform intermediate level maintenance tasks, including light fixture replacements, minor plumbing repairs, appliance checks, HVAC PM and drywall patching.
Assist with painting, carpet cleaning, and exterior touch-ups to meet market-ready standards.
Maintain inventory, report supply needs, and support the maintenance team with work orders and groundskeeping as needed.
