Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service for guest attending events at Snapdragon Stadium.
Handle lost and found during events.

Monitor all public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness standards.
Be familiar with Snapdragon Stadium to answer stadium questions and provide accurate directions.

Salary and Additional Compensation:
This position is a Union position and as such is subject to the rates and benefits agreed upon in the Collective bargaining agreement.
Per the California pay transparency law, the pay rate for this position starts at $18.80 per hour and will increase after the first sixty (60) events to $20.80.

Responsibilities

Registers guests, issues room keys, provides information on hotel services and room location, and answers phones in prompt and courteous manner.

Accurately processes all cash and credit card transactions in accordance with established procedures, including but not limited to posting all charges, completing cashier and other reports, preparing deposit, and counting/securing assign bank.

Responds appropriately to guest complaints. Make appropriate service recovery gestures in order to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the hotel bar area in accordance with brand standards, local laws, and responsible alcohol service guidelines (as scheduled).
May perform Night Audit duties, including end-of-day financial reporting, system rollovers, and overnight guestservice support, as needed.
Qualifications
