A current and valid driver's license is required. ? Massachusetts Refrigeration Technicians License required. ? EPA # 608 Refrigerant Certification (Universal) required. ? 3-5 years experience in commercial building heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, and associated equipment and controls required. ? Knowledge of Building Management Systems is required. Specifically, Seimens, Niagra, Alerton, and pneumatic controls. ? Massachusetts Oil Burner certificate is highly preferred. ? Massachusetts Sheet Metal Journeyman license is highly preferred. ? Must have experience operating and maintaining oil and gas-fired heating ? systems and boilers. ? Must be able to work alone and safely use ladders, lifts, and other means as needed. ? Must be able to read color prints and follow verbal and written instructions. ?
