This position will provide training and supervision of crew members on the job Duties and Responsibilities · Ensure crew members work in a safe and orderly fashion · Assign custodial jobs per customer's checklist. · Required to transport crew members to and from work site · Ensure that no crew members are eating or drinking in the LSE vehicles · Ensure all trash is removed from LSE vehicles at the end of the shift · Ensure assigned vehicle is at HALF or FULL tank of fuel at the end of shift · May be required to work more than one shift or fill in for another coordinator (due to vacation, sickness, etc.) · Turn in time sheets at the end of the shifts on Friday. · May be required to attend training, team meetings, etc. Requirements Qualifications · Must be able to operate LSE vehicles in a safe fashion · Must have and maintain a clean driving record and ability to pass drug testing and background check · Familiar with non-profit agencies and the developmentally disabled · Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, dependable work habits, and good communication skills · Be able to add and subtract for time and mileage sheets Skills and Essential Functions · Ability to define problems, gather data, establish facts, draw conclusions, and make sound judgments, decisions and seek guidance when necessary · Ability to be flexible and creative in meeting the needs of our customers · Ability to represent LSE in a professional manner · Ability to speak articulately one on one or in small groups · Ability to communicate effectively in written communication · Must be able to lift 50 pounds on occasion · First Aid and CPR certified · Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Working conditions and Environment The normal business hours vary Monday through Friday. Weekly schedules will be maintained by the Facilities Director. You may be required to work some weekends and holidays as determined by the Facilities Director.
