The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the residential plumbing business. The main focus is to ensue plumbing repairs have been done properly and reduce/eliminate the potential for water damage or other potential liabilities. Responsibilities Diagnose common and diverse plumbing emergencies efficiently and accurately and perform plumbing services Repair and replace Water Heater Installing and replacing all residential plumbing fixtures and systems (Faucets, Tubs, and Toilet) Repair and maintain plumbing systems by replacing washers, mending bust pipes, and cleaning clogged drains Competent use of conventional sewer machines Comply with federal, state, and local building and plumbing codes Meet weekly with your department manager to discuss work orders, parts, concerns and goals Educate clients on their plumbing systems and maintenance requirements Develop client rapport by communicating effectively with customers and providing excellent customer service This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary All Apprentices are partnered with a Lead Technician. Cleaning and preparing construction sites to eliminate hazards. Controlling traffic passing near work zones. May Run the Water Truck Perform any other duties related to the job site Regular attendance required. Willing to travel and must be able to supply their own transportation.
