Shift- 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Under general supervision, responsible for plumbing work installation, alteration, maintenance and repair of plumbing systems, and associated equipment. Inspects/tests water, steam disposal, oxygen, vacuum, and natural gas systems. Performs all plumbing work in compliance with all codes, regulations, etc. May also do general maintenance and repair tasks. Job Specific Duties and Responsibilities: 1. After review of blue prints or sketches/drawings of assignment, accurately estimates quantity and type of materials needed for plumbing work to be performed. 2. Install, maintain, modify and repair all plumbing systems and associated plumbing equipment. 3. Inspect, test, maintain and repair water, steam disposal, oxygen, vacuum, and natural gas systems. 4.
