    Company: Unitek Restorative Service, LLC The Laborer is accountable for assisting with restoration and remediation initiatives, which can include water extraction, fire and smoke damage cleaning, mold and biohazard remediation. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Must regularly and directly communicate with and report to Production Manager. * Water extraction and set up drying equipment. * Mold/sewage removal and cleaning * Fire/smoke damage cleaning * Biohazard remediation * Complete detailed documentation and take photos * Clean vehicles and shop daily * Wear personal protective equipment for safety during hazardous situations. Qualifications/Requirements: * Valid driver's License. * Reliable transportation. * Must be flexible in work hours. Willing to work weekends, nights, on-call, after hours rotation. * Ability to lift 50+ lbs. * Pass a post-offer background check for base clearances. * Pass a post-offer drug screen and physical. * Verbal, written and interpersonal skills. * IICRC Certification. * Work location: In person.
