Job Summary Perform preventive maintenance, repair, replacement and installation on plumbing systems and fixtures such as, but not limited to, water heaters, sink faucets, water closets, dishwashers, water coolers, boilers, and chill water piping. Respond to emergency call back, subject to being placed on-call. Responsibilities Operating Equipment - 20 Operate tools and equipment such as, but not limited to, power tools, sewer machines, pipe cutters, thread machines, mini excavator and/or backhoe equipment. Inspection - 10 Inspect, test and repair plumbing systems including, but not limited to, swimming pool and pool equipment, back flow prevention devices, water circulating systems, and chemical feed systems. Compliance - 5 Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes workplace safety. Repairing - 40 Repair and replace plumbing systems including, but not limited to, pneumatic steam valves, radiator valves, traps, and steam and condensate pipes, hot water pumps, chilled water pumps, sump pumps, sewage pumps, gas piping, water lines and irrigation.
