About the Role:

What You'll Do:
Procurement Responsibilities:
Purchase materials, fasteners, tools, consumables, rental equipment, and production components.
Request and compare 3 vendor quotes per item.
Follow budget guidelines per project or historical data.

Log all transactions using QuickBooks, Excel, and our ERP system (Odoo).
Inventory & Warehouse Coordination:
Supervise 1-2 warehouse employees.

Conduct internal audits to verify accuracy and compliance.

Job Description
The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for transporting incoming merchandise to the correct physical location in the warehouse. They are responsible for maintaining selection or pick locations by lifting, lowering and carrying merchandise to stage primary selection locations. This role uses technology to ensure accuracy of physical location of merchandise and monitor inventory movement within the warehouse. The successful Warehouse Fulfillment Associate is self-motivated, detail oriented, and team oriented. This role reports to the Warehouse Fulfillment Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
Follow safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Follow loss prevention policies and procedures and report discrepancies to supervisor
Proficiency with Order Management System (OMS) software
Maintains inventory control accuracy by executing proper receiving procedures and reporting
Process purchase orders (PO) receiving, including inspection of incoming merchandise, mis-mate inspection of each piece of footwear, tagging, and accurate putaway to bin locations (LOCS)
Ensure accurate processing of incoming merchandise to correct physical location in warehouse
Manages merchandise transfer activity both in and out of OMS and between internal locations
Manages returns of defective and unordered merchandise to vendors for credit, replacement, or monetary reimbursement including non-returnable damaged items
Provides accurate inventory reports in a timely manner as requested
Maintain a clean work area
Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with all associates
Perform other miscellaneous duties assigned as per supervisors and general office instructions

Qualifications and Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment; or any equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience
Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately
Able to accurately read labels, tickets, and other merchandise documentation
Able to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information
Good written and oral communication skills
Able to self-manage positive and respectful behavior while working either independently with minimal supervision, or in a team environment
