Properly documents and maintains data on medical record and informs RN of activities performed, observations of patients and changes in patient status. - 15% Runs errands, answers telephone, answers and responds to call lights. - 15% Performs point of care testing as trained and delegated by RN. Reports lab values to RN. - 10% Provides and documents comfort and non-pharmacological pain management measures. - 10% Supervisory/Management Responsibilities This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive.
