Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing - JOB SUMMARY: The Nurse Aide Training Program Instructor (RN) is assigned the education responsibility and accountability for Bridgewater Center's nurse aide training program by assisting the lead program instructor. This individual has day-to-day responsibility for implementing Bridgewater Center's training program in accordance with the facility's policies and procedures and State and federal requirements. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Follows a lesson plan for the Nurse Aide Training Program that includes classroom and clinical training combined for at least 100 hours duration.
