Job Description
As a vital part of the resort operations team, the Houseperson plays a key role in preparing rooms for cleaning, assisting with inspections after housekeeping and maintenance, and helping maintain our high-quality resort standards.
As a Houseperson, you will:
Stock housekeeping carts with the right supplies and deliver them to the housekeeping team as directed.
Deliver clean linens and supplies to housekeeping staff and collect buckets once rooms are finished.
Collect and dispose of trash and soiled linens from guest units promptly and efficiently.
Prepare, stock, and clean unit spaces and amenities-including patios, patio furniture, and BBQ areas-while performing light maintenance tasks.
Support housekeeping staff with various tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Take on other duties as assigned to help the team and maintain guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Time management and organizational abilities.

The primary responsibility of the housekeeping staff is to clean and maintain the hotel rooms in a timely manner, ensuring that the guest rooms are clean and pleasant. The housekeeping duties include but are not limited to; daily preparation of rooms, changing linens on the bed, upkeep of linen closets, cleaning of toilets, sinks, showers, changing linens and cleaning floors. Job Description
As a vital part of the resort operations team, the Houseperson plays a key role in preparing rooms for cleaning, assisting with inspections after housekeeping and maintenance, and helping maintain our high-quality resort standards.
As a Houseperson, you will:
* Stock housekeeping carts with the right supplies and deliver them to the housekeeping team as directed.
* Deliver clean linens and supplies to housekeeping staff and collect buckets once rooms are finished.
* Collect and dispose of trash and soiled linens from guest units promptly and efficiently.
* Prepare, stock, and clean unit spaces and amenities-including patios, patio furniture, and BBQ areas-while performing light maintenance tasks.
* Support housekeeping staff with various tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
* Take on other duties as assigned to help the team and maintain guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
