Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Sanitization: Perform daily and deep cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, including dusting, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and managing trash and waste materials.
Equipment and Supplies Management: Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as vacuums and floor buffers, safely and effectively; prepare and distribute supply packs and linens as needed.
Resident-Focused Support: Practice sensitivity to residents' privacy and individual needs while adhering to infection control policies and completing all required documentation accurately.
