Qualifications:

What You'll Do:
* Clean and maintain indoor and outdoor residential property spaces, including common areas, lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and outdoor gathering areas.
* Perform unit turns between move-outs and move-ins to the highest standard.
* Carry out deep cleaning tasks (scrubbing, polishing, detailed sanitizing) beyond standard maintenance.
* Maintain seasonal cleanliness of exterior spaces - sweeping, power washing, tidying entrances, etc.
* Work independently while managing your schedule to meet deadlines.
* Assist with weekend cleaning needs as needed once trained and confident in the role.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven cleaning experience, ideally with deep cleaning know-how (you know the difference between "surface clean" and "truly clean").
* Strong work ethic with zero tolerance for shortcuts - no "quick sprays and done."
* Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills.

* Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 40 lbs, and be on your feet for most of the day.

NOTE: All Bolton Valley employees are required to perform alternate functions from time to time, both within and outside of their assigned department, particularly during peak periods such as holiday weekends.
Customer Service Expectations: Employee is expected to be courteous and professional in accordance with Bolton's commitment to providing superior customer service.
Qualifications: Entry level
Required Knowledge and Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers, and to read written instructions. A good understanding of guest expectations.
Physical and Mental Demands: Position involves lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 lbs. as well as pushing and pulling heavy objects. The majority of work time is spent standing, walking, bending, pushing and pulling. Some stress may result from dealing with difficult guests.
Work Environment: Most work is performed inside, but some outside shoveling of hotel room balconies is required. Riding in and/or driving a Bolton vehicle may be required to access condos for cleaning.

Essential Job Functions
Professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with prescribed company standards.
Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces.
Move all reasonably portable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind.
Assist with laundry and linen as needed.
Create a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring homes are clean and cared for.
Identify and note any damages or needed repairs to homes. Create maintenance tickets as necessary.
Collect and remove trash and debris.

Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings.

Skills + Qualifications
Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
Prior housekeeping experience is a bonus but not required - we can train!
Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications and comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and various software platforms.
This role involves frequent travel between worksites, so reliable personal transportation is essential.
Dependable and prepared. Showing up on time and ready to go is key to creating great stays for our guests and peace of mind for our homeowners.
Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
