Basic knowledge and skills in housekeeping and house cleaning methods, cleaning supplies, simple household repair or upkeep methods. Oral or written communication skills. Willingness to travel in work capacity. Prefer experience with floor care equipment, i.e., shampooer, buffers, extractors. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Maintain a valid driver's license in accordance with HCI motor vehicle policy
