About The Role
The primary responsibilities of the Housekeeper involve the upkeep of each apartment and property common areas in order to enhance and maintain its appeal. The Housekeeper will also assist the rest of the maintenance team, as directed, in their efforts to manage the property in an efficient manner.

Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, state and federal laws; e.g., OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing, etc.
Clean the office, community spaces (clubroom, lobbies, breezeways etc), restrooms and other common areas on a daily basis, as directed
Clean and maintain models and/or target units on a daily basis.
Clean and perform trash outs for all vacant apartments as directed by the Manager or Assistant Manager.
Keep all vacancies fresh and odorless.
Clean and maintain laundry facilities daily by specified time
Perform additional duties requested by the Manager or Assistant Manager.
Inform management of supply needs on a weekly basis.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction. Previous housekeeping experience preferred, ideally in multi family apartments.
Work Hours: 40 hours per week, as scheduled, Monday through Friday. Weekly schedule may change as required. May be necessary to work weekends.
Equipment Requirement: Mops, brooms, vacuum cleaner, window squeegee, scrubber, step stool, small ladder, screwdriver and other miscellaneous hand tools. Requirement to wear gloves and other protective equipment as task dictates.
Equipment: An employee in this position must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools.

As our Guest Room Attendant, you will be working with our housekeeping team to transform every guest room into a sparkling oasis, were luxury meets spotless perfection. Some daily tasks this position includes are cleaning and sanitize bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms overhead, bending, and stooping. Stripping and making beds, changing bed linens, which may require lifting bedspreads weighing a maximum of 50 lbs.

Job Description
Omni Oklahoma City Hotel is seeking a detail oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join the team of this brand new upscale hotel. This team member will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in each guest room. Guest Room Attendants refresh rooms for guests who are continuing their stay, as well as, thoroughly clean rooms of guests who have checked out in preparation for the next guest checking in.
Responsibilities
Thoroughly clean guest rooms including: making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting
Restock and replace used items within guest rooms
Communicate clean status of each room upon completion
Remove room service trays and tables from guest rooms
Stock supply cart and ensure that it is neat and well organized at all times
Check all equipment prior to and after use to ensure that it is in good working order
Respond to all hotel guests efficiently and in an appropriately friendly manner
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail required
Strong customer service skills required
Ability and willingness to stand for 8 hours or more at a time
Ability and willingness bend, stretch, reach, and push up to 20 lbs.
Must be willing to work a varied schedule which includes working on weekends and holidays
Previous experience in housekeeping is strongly preferred
Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers
Must live within 50 miles of the hotel

Responsibilities

Mixes dyes and bleaches according to formula. Dyes and bleaches specified articles.
Able to read and understand equipment operation manuals.
Performs all aspects of duties and responsibilities in a manner that optimizes resident safety.
Supports and maintains a culture of safety and quality. Assures that sanitation and quality standards are met; including the identification and correction of safety hazards.
Able to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Able to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
