The mentee will take the initiative to reach out to the mentor and express honestly any struggles he/she is experiencing.

The Revenue Manager will play a key role in driving the financial success of Gravity Haus hotels by collaborating, implementing, and managing revenue strategies across a portfolio of properties. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and assisting in presentation to these stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Work with VP and Analyst to manage a portfolio of 9 properties, ensuring revenue goals are met and exceeded.
Develop, implement, and adjust pricing and inventory strategies across multiple properties.
Utilize Duetto RMS to control rate strategy, run pace and pickup reports, and pull data-driven insights.
Submit data regularly to benchmarking platforms such as CoStar and Destimetrics.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to optimize positioning.
Collaborate on a regular basis with distribution channel contacts for consistent optimization of channel production
Manage and build rate structures, packages, and promotional offers.
Oversee OTA channels and distribution systems to maximize visibility and conversion.
Ensure data integrity (parity) across PMS, CRS, and RMS systems.
Create, maintain, and analyze detailed reports and dashboards to identify performance opportunities.
Meet weekly with General Managers to review performance, share insights, and align on strategy.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize revenue streams and ensure consistent brand positioning.
Leverage Excel for advanced reporting, modeling, and scenario analysis.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
Stay current on industry best practices, emerging technology, and evolving market dynamics.
Strong understanding of hospitality KPIs (RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy).
Monitor channel mix, acquisition costs, and profitability to optimize net revenue.
Identify and capitalize on demand drivers such as events, holidays, weather patterns, and destination trends.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of hotel revenue management experience, preferably in boutique or resort hotels
Preferred multi-property experience
Proficiency with RMS systems (Duetto preferred), PMS (Mews preferred), CRS, and OTA platforms.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
Advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to partner effectively with both leadership and property teams.
