The Activity Desk Concierge coordinates guest participation in the activities offered via the Crown of the Continent Discovery Center located in West Glacier. The concierge works closely with the store manager, corral manager, and reservations staff. The concierge will greet customers in person, over the phone, and through email inquiries and assist them with booking trips or services offered by Swan Mountain Outfitters as well as give out relevant visitor information. They will assist the corral staff to check in guests for their rides throughout the day (administer paperwork, process payments, educate about policies related to the ride). They will work with the store manager, cook, and corral staff to relay information regarding guest meals packed on certain trail rides. Additionally, the concierge may check out retail guests or take to go orders for the restaurant. The concierge should have excellent communication skills and phone etiquette. They should be detail oriented, organized, able to multi-task, and familiar with Microsoft office and Google suite products. Most importantly, the concierge should be extroverted and friendly.
