GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB This is the third of seven levels in the Grounds and Facility Maintenance series. Incumbents maintain assigned buildings and grounds. JOB SUMMARY The Senior HVAC Technician is responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC and mechanical systems in a large-scale casino and entertainment environment. As an OTR Tech, you will be responsible for all aspects of tire and related service and repair for off-the-road equipment (construction, earthmoving, mining, farm, etc.) Key Responsibilities: Must have a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle required for the position and be able to meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
