The Intern, Business Analyst will support data analytics initiatives, product development, and in-flight testing efforts across the onboard digital ecosystem. This role will focus on building data-driven insights, supporting project management activities, contributing to product documentation and wireframing, and assisting with functional testing onboard aircraft. The position will involve hands-on collaboration with product, data, engineering, and operations stakeholders and will require periodic travel for in-flight testing and validation. * Partner with Data Analytics on platform performance reports and dashboards to track against program KPIs. * Support data infrastructure integration by tracking and documenting detailed decisions and action items, and promptly follow up and hold responsible owners accountable to agreed-upon deadlines. * Support product requirement definition, documentation and communication to ensure alignment across teams. * Support product development through on-ground and inflight testing (may include domestic and/or international travel) while also identifying and triaging pre-production and post-production issues through resolution. * Serve as support staff for the IFE program including deliverable tracking, general project management, and cross-functional communication with internal teams and external partners.
