Future state, as we evolve our systems, monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and alert site teams when sensors are outside thresholds. Respond promptly to incoming GSOC calls, alerts, or reports, analyzing the initial intake, determining severity, and initiating appropriate response protocols. Lead activation of Incident Management Team (IMT) including utilizing system to alert stakeholders, lead IMT discussion, capture follow-up actions, and support leadership through incident coordination and communication. Assess, analyze, and categorize security or safety risks during active incidents, ensuring timely escalation and resolution aligned with GSOC procedures. Support emergency management and business continuity plans, assisting with notifications, communication updates, and situational tracking. Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation of all incidents, responses, and communications using GSOC reporting tools and databases. Draft post-incident summaries, assist with after-action reviews, and contribute to root cause analysis and process improvements. Act as the central communication hub during security events, ensuring consistent and professional messaging between responders, site leadership, and corporate stakeholders. Communicate clearly and confidently with leaders, team members, and external agencies under high-pressure conditions.
