This role provides situational awareness, incident management, and critical communication to support operational resilience and business continuity. What you'll do: Support an enterprise-wide GSOC that is staffed 24/7, with below responsibility as part of daily and weekly standard work. Monitor all GSOC systems including Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) tools, threat monitoring, local utility outage reporting, and public safety reporting. If an incident meets our threat matrix, provide immediate proactive alerting, and enact security protocols as necessary. Monitor and engaging with physical security systems including intrusion alarms, CCTV cameras, access control, and security platforms. This includes supporting review of data and footage, proactive audits of security hardware, and locking down doors during potential threats.
