    As a member of our Infrastructure Engineering team, you will design and implement cloud contact center infrastructure and application components for our firm's journey to AWS Contact Center in the Business Collaboration space. You will leverage your expertise in software, applications, and technical processes to enhance the infrastructure engineering discipline. You will apply your technical knowledge and problem solving methodologies to build cloud Infrastructure components, applications, and integrations that will serve our client-facing employees, ensuring efficient and effective solutions. You'll help develop functional goals and priorities that align with our overall strategy. You will use your hands-on experience building scalable solutions to pave the successful way for our team. You'll collaborate with our talented and dedicated problem-solving technologists across the JPMorgan Chase & Co. global network. Partner with application and infrastructure teams to deliver solutions. + Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies as needed. **Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills** + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines with minimum 7+ years of applied experience + Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment + Proficiency in one of the modern programming languages; backend - Python, Java, JavaScript etc. + Well versed with Infrastructure as a Code with Terraform + Able to design and implement applications on AWS public cloud. Experience with AWS cloud, including migration and optimization for cost efficiency and performance. + Hands-on Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins/Jules, Version Control tools (Git/Bitbucket) + Ability to execute implementation plans for high-performance, fault-tolerant systems within complex environments. + Working knowledge of Database technologies (RDBMS, SQL, NoSQL) + Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle - Agile Methodology + Experience in development and design of Rest APIs **Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills** + AWS certified developer and/or Architect certification is preferred + Knowledge and hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow and Agile methodologies. + Cloud Contact Center (AWS connect) is a big plus JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
