We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-focused Repair Station Quality Inspector to support training, development, and standards functions at Cirrus Aircraft. This individual plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence through quality control of in-process, incoming, and outgoing inspections, mechanic training, work order recordkeeping, and return-to-service processes.
The ideal candidate has a strong passion for quality systems, shows exceptional initiative, and demonstrates a proactive mindset. The successful applicant will possess proficiency in Microsoft Office products, working knowledge of FAA Parts 145, 43, 91, and 135, and experience with Cirrus SR and SF aircraft.
This position is for day shift Monday - Thursday 6am - 4:30pm
Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions
* Conduct hidden-damage, in-process, and final inspections on civil aviation articles in accordance with current technical data from manufacturers, FAA-approved data, and standard industry practices.
* Perform receiving inspections on incoming materials and parts when the parts department is unavailable.
* Provide on-the-job (OJT) training to newly hired Aviation Maintenance Technicians (AMTs).
* Ensure thorough knowledge of applicable FAA regulations relevant to their duties.
* Be proficient in inspection methods, techniques, tools, and equipment necessary for determining airworthiness.
* Maintain proficiency in using Inspection Aids related to their assigned area of responsibility.
* Verify inspection tools, equipment, and aids are in working order and properly calibrated with up-to-date calibration labels.
* Understand applicable specifications, tolerances, and limitations as defined by the article's manufacturer.
* Ensure inspections are performed and recorded correctly, and that maintenance and alteration records are properly executed prior to return-to-service authorization.
* When authorized and properly qualified, perform return-to-service approvals for repaired, maintained, or altered articles.

We are looking for skilled and talented A&P Mechanics with Quality Assurance Inspection experience. We are an FAA Repair Station; we maintain fifty-four company owned Piper training aircraft. We currently have openings in our Quality Assurance Department for a Training Supervisor and Aircraft Inspectors.
The Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible for inspection of completed aircraft work to ensure the work meets the quality standards of the company and Federal Regulations. Support and oversight of work in progress, OJT training and documentation of provided training.
This includes inspection of structural, mechanical and electronic elements of the aircraft, measuring wear and assessing whether parts are airworthy.
Inspectors report to the Quality Assurance Supervisor as well as the Chief Inspector for the following:
Inspecting work performed by the technicians for quality of work; adherence to Repair Station Procedures; and compliance with applicable Federal Regulations.
Ascertaining that all required entries on maintenance forms and work orders used by the Repair Station are properly executed by the responsible individuals and approving aircraft or components for return to service after maintenance.
Assuring accurate information in the aircraft maintenance software while closing work orders. Inspectors will sign the authorization returning the aircraft to service.
When not inspecting completed work, the Repair Station Inspector will provide support and training to the technicians to ensure the quality of work in progress.
Inspection of structural, mechanical and electronic elements of the aircraft, measuring wear and assessing whether parts are airworthy.
To ensure that no rejected, defective, unserviceable, or unairworthy parts are installed in any component or article released by the Repair Station and ensuring the proper identification of such parts as stated in the Repair Station Manual.

Participate in Repair Station Training meetings and activities including supporting and promoting the safety culture, reporting of all aviation safety related issues via the feedback system, and adhere to the related processes.

Essential Functions
Assisting the Project Administrator or Senior Inspector in daily roadway inspection
Ensuring contractor compliance alongside quality control
Performing verification inspections and testing as required
These tests and inspections include, but are not limited to: earthwork, asphalt, concrete, bridge and miscellaneous structures, toll facilities, lighting, signalization, environmental compliance, maintenance of traffic, etc.
This position receives general supervision and instruction from the Senior Inspector and/or Project Administrator
Required Skills and Experience
High school graduate or equivalent plus two (2) years' experience in roadway construction inspection, one (1) year of which shall have been in roadway construction inspection

CTQP Concrete Field Inspector Level I

We are currently seeking a qualified OHP compliance Inspector to perform Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspections for Senior care facilities.
Responsibilities
Schedule and conduct on-site inspections for new construction and substantial rehabilitation of Senior Living properties
Evaluate units for compliance with HUD Housing Quality Standards (HQS)
Complete inspection reports and required documentation in accordance with HUD and company guidelines
Qualifications
Willingness to travel for inspections
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
ICC certification, engineering license, or architectural license OR
At least 5 years of experience in multifamily housing inspection is required
Compensation
$30 - $60 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
