Tests and inspects products at various stages of inspection process. Compiles and evaluates inspection data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products by performing the following duties. This is an entry level quality control inspector position requiring one year related experience and/or training or a combination of both. Essential Functions: • Interpret engineering blue prints, source control drawings, and OEM part verification. • Select articles for inspection at specified stages in the production process, and tests products for variety of qualities such as dimensions, performance, and mechanical, electrical, or chemical characteristics. • Use precision inspection tools to inspect part features. • Evaluate data and record results to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards. • Verify complete assembly per engineering. • Verify certification records for all materials used in production.
