Primary Duties and Responsibilities: * Conduct incoming inspection to validate arriving material meets BEA's quality standards with moderate supervision * Conduct outgoing inspection to validate material moved through the production process meets BEA's quality standards with moderate supervision * Accurately input data into appropriate data storage locations for all inspected material * Validate incoming and outgoing inspection documentation is available, organized, and complete * Provide In-Process Inspections as needed * Provide training and support for the Production team for quality-related process steps and other topics as needed. Qualifications: To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and /or ability required. * Associate's degree in Electronics or equivalent experience is required, with demonstrated level of technical capability and responsibility. * Very good written and verbal communication skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, particularly Word and Excel. * Demonstrated capability as a self-starter in a hands-on environment is required.
