Obtains, labels and transports samples to the laboratory in a timely manner as required by each specific job assignment. Maintains assigned inspection equipment in good working order and ensures equipment is properly calibrated and stored. Measures (gauge and temperature) products and performs all required field calculations per the API Standards, completes all required field documentation and submits reports to the Operations Department in a timely manner. Performs specialized inspection services such as loss control, wall washings or confined space entry upon receiving required training. Assists in the training of Probationary and Junior Inspectors. Quality Control CMM Inspector (Night Shift) Shift: Night Shift (Monday - Thursday 4:30PM-3:00AM 10 hr. shift) As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet or exceed customer specifications and quality standards. Four 10s schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm A Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that products or services meet established quality standards and specifications. They perform visual, mechanical and electrical inspections, tests, and audits to identify any defects or deviations from quality requirements. Quality Inspectors use various tools and techniques to measure and evaluate the quality of materials, components, and finished products.
