The Operator - Visual Inspection will work at our client's Manufacturing site in Kenosha County WI, where parenteral products for domestic and international markets are manufactured and packaged. The primary purpose of this role is to safely inspect high-quality pharmaceutical products in accordance with site standards and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) within controlled facilities.
This position requires operation of various automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment, as well as performance of manual inspections. The operator is responsible for ensuring product quality while demonstrating a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
• Adhere to Parenteral Manufacturing safety policies and procedures and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Set up and operate non-aseptic manufacturing processes, including automated and semi-automated inspection equipment in controlled facilities.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), cGMP requirements, and safety policies and procedures.
• Accurately document process steps using appropriate batch documentation systems (paper and electronic).
• Participate in department meetings, team-building activities, and training programs.

We are seeking for Turnaround & Inspection Engineer to join the Riyas NGL Fractionation Maintenance Division (RNGLFMD) of Riyas NGL Fractionation Department (RNGLFD)
RNGLFMD is responsible of two NGL Fractionation trains, each designed to process 255 MBOD (242.25 MBCD). Each train will include fractionation units, C3 & C4 treatment, C3 & C4 dehydration and propane refrigeration. The common facilities will include feed and product surge storage, chemicals storage and Utilities Unit including, but not limited to, Boilers, steam and condensate recovery systems, utility water, plant, instrument air and nitrogen systems, machinery cooling water, drainage and flare systems. Some of the systems (e.g., steam headers, flare headers, product storage) have been pre-invested for the future train.
Your primary role is to is to carry out full cycle Turnaround & Inspection (T&I) from planning until final execution and closure. Including cost estimation, scheduling, coordinating with engineering, inspection and operations to identify & finalize the most comprehensive T&I scope of work. Additionally, you will develop detailed job plans for identified T&I scopes and plan all required materials including identification of long lead materials to ensure availability prior to execution date.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lane Inspector - Vehicle Emissions testing. You will play an important role in limiting the production of Emissions by identifying the polluting vehicles. As a lane inspector, YOU will be responsible for the following:
* Perform emission inspection functions following established procedures, and enter and verify vehicle information with computer data.
* Operate vehicles during the emissions system test and use exhaust analysis equipment.
* Direct motorists in and out of the station, provide test results, instruct customers on next steps in the inspection process, and collect inspection fees.
* Other job duties as assigned.
No experience required; we will train you!
Requirements:
* Must be 18 years of age.
* Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
* Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and balance unassisted for extended periods of time.
* Physically able to lift, push, and pull up to 20 lbs on an occasional basis.
* Basic computer skills.
* Saturday availability required - (State & Program Specific)
* Part-time hours requirement is between 20 - 30 hours a week. - (State & Program Specific)

* Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced, busy shop environment with a smile and positive attitude.

What We're Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years of experience in a quality inspection role within manufacturing (sheet metal, welding, or related environment)
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and manufacturing prints
Proficient in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)
Familiarity with ISO 9000 standards and Statistical Process Control (2-3 years)
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of manufacturing processes
Hands-on metal fabrication experience
Preferred Skills (a big plus!)
Certified AS9100 Internal Quality Auditor
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
CMM experience
Bilingual (Spanish)
