Documents any discrepancies and assures proper disposition. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Inspects incoming product for quality assurance standards using current methodology and basic measurement techniques. Communicates effectively throughout the day with Quality, Operations and Purchasing. Documents nonconformances (red tags) of incoming products as required. Problem solving of internal process related issues and develops corrective actions. Advise on changes and implementation and provides training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality. Back up other Quality Team Members as needed.
