Collaborate in a hands-on team environment to implement facility improvements, upgrades, and modifications. Promote and support Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives to maintain a safe and compliant workplace. Manage small to medium-sized projects and assist with capital projects under limited supervision. Provide support to other Facilities Team members as needed. Independently prioritize and complete office-related requests from internal customers. Assemble office furniture and workstations (e.g., desks, tables, filing cabinets, chairs) as required for projects. Operate or develop proficiency in facility equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) for material handling tasks. Typical Assignments: Develop layouts and budgets for office, lab, or factory projects. Supervise and coordinate contractors during construction activities. Oversee completion of punch list items and ensure final occupancy readiness. Coordinate moves and project closeout activities. Source materials and products for facility projects.
