("PHIL") in completing product installations, warranties, and scanning. This role will also assist in installations as they occur at the Welarco Fabrications, Inc. ("Welarco") facility location in Peoria, IL. Field Installers will serve an additional role (e.g. Welder) to Welarco when field work is unavailable. Management Duties The Field Installer is responsible for independently managing varied tasks and projects. This position is authorized to take any reasonable action necessary to carry out the responsibilities assigned to this role, so long as such action does not deviate from the established Company policy and is consistent with sound business judgment and ethical practices. While working in the field, if a major issue or concern comes up, the Field Installer is expected to stop work, send pictures of the issue to management and call to work out a solution.
