Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to): * Splice and troubleshoot fiber optics. * Fiber testing/OTDR operation. * Represent Congruex and Client in a professional manner * Prepare vehicle and machinery daily. * Complete daily paperwork. * Monitors and verifies quality control and uniformity of work. * Follows established safety rules on job site, to and from job site, and uses common sense in maintaining a safe environment for self, team members, customers, and public. * Working as a team to complete projects. * Helping Project Manager with any other duties as needed Required Skills & Qualifications: * A clean background check is required. * Valid Driver License with a clean driving record. * DOT Medical card will be required before eligible to drive a company vehicle. * Able to work in all outdoor temperatures and conditions. * Ability to do physical labor, climb ladders, etc. * Must have great communication skills. * A positive can-do attitude and openness to trying things new ways. * GRIT values - Guts, Reliability, Innovation, and Teamwork.
