ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Loading and unloading Company vehicle with project materials
• Loading and unloading materials to and from the roof/structure being installed on
• Assemble all roof components in an efficient and safe manner
• Perform electrical work as instructed by the crew lead, both independently and under direct
supervision
• Install projects adhering to Freedom Forever plan sets
• Flashing penetrations as needed to ensure project quality
• Ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with Freedom Forever policies, applicable
codes (Ex: NFPA-70, IRC, IFC, CA-T24, etc.)
• Strictly follow all Freedom Forever safety regulations and policies
• Follow all direction given by senior members of the crew
• Provide recommendations for efficiency and compliance gains through appropriate channels
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Position may be required to communicate directly with the end user(s)
• Some domestic travel may be required
• May be required to drive a Freedom Forever vehicle
• Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Certifications:
• High School Graduate or GED
Experience:
• 6 months to 1 year of PV installation experience (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Fundamental understanding of all PV products installed by Freedom Forever
• Basic understanding of building standards and applicable codes
• Ability to communicate with others professionally and concisely
• Compliant installation of conduit (EMT, RMC, IMC, LFMC and FMC)
• Follow written and verbal instructions
Special Skills & Training:
• All assigned Freedom Forever training modules and documentation must be completed by the
designated due date
• Optional training (Freedom Forever and external party) may be completed at the employee's
discretion outside of business hours

Core Responsibilities
Assemble and install commercial furniture, including desks, chairs, cabinets, panels and components
Load and unload furniture on trucks with a high degree of caution, using protective blankets and padding as needed and securing items for transport to avoid damage and optimize space
Install window coverings, artwork, and specialty item
Load boxes and filing cabinets onto moving pallets
Ensure all furniture is assembled and installed according to company standards and client specifications
Perform quality checks to ensure all assembled furniture is free of defects and securely installed
Proactively communicate with Lead Installer, Market Manager, and team members to ensure smooth project execution, reporting status and/or issues
Handle office preparation for installation projects
Ensure the workspace is free from trash and construction material at project end
Disassemble office furniture and load pieces onto pallets and then trucks
Unload items from truck and transport items to new location
Use hand tools as needed to disassemble and reassemble furniture and miscellaneous items
Communicate with clients in a professional and respectful manner
May drive box truck as required
