Work Environment:
This position is primarily performed in the field or at customer sites, with occasional work in an office or warehouse environment. The employee will be exposed to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, agricultural chemicals, and moving equipment. Travel will be required within the assigned territory or region. Employees will be required to operate ATVs and trucks to access field locations, which may involve extended periods of driving, frequent entry and exit from vehicles, and navigating rural or off-road environments. Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required depending on the task and environment. Work hours may vary depending on project schedules, field conditions, and customer needs, and may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends during peak seasons.
