Reporting to the Director of L&D, you will serve as the operational backbone of our training programs, managing the end-to-end logistics for both in-person and virtual certifications. This role acts as a primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Brivo University, overseeing data integrity, partner support, and the successful execution of our learning initiatives.
