Maintain a resource library of publications, supplementary materials, and supplies relevant to the assigned subject area. Monitor and evaluate Eduphoria data to determine gaps or adjustments needed and support staff with Eduphoria data disaggregation. Staff Development Plan and provide staff development for teachers, administrators, and staff in Data Driven Instruction and fidelity of resources use. Disseminate information regarding current research and significant developments on the state and national levels. Observe classroom instruction and provide feedback and assistance to classroom teachers to facilitate improvement and innovation. Demonstrate teaching strategies with students in classroom. Mentor new teachers and provide targeted supports for classroom management, lesson planning, and overall pedagogical support.
