Experience with developing training content, e-course creation technology, and learning management systems is an important aspect of this position. This position has three major roles: 1) instructional design using course authoring software to build e-courses and videos, 2) live training facilitation, logistics coordination, communications, and 3) compliance training coordination and reporting. This position collaborates with individuals at all levels within the organization for the development and execution of live and online courses.
