Essential Functions
Be a Bestway brand ambassador who reflects and promotes Bestway's commitment to have the best products at the best prices delivered by the best people in the business.
Timely deliver, install, and demonstrate products at our customer's home in a safe and respectful manner.
Protect all merchandise with the use of blankets, shrink wrap, and hand trucks while moving or loading product. When in doubt overprotect versus under protect.
Have the ability to learn and develop the skill to assemble products as well as do minor touch ups, repairs, and refurbishment to ensure all products are rent ready within 48 hours.
Build great customer relationships by utilizing communication and service skills to ensure customer retention and enhance the customer's experience during all customer interaction.
Assist in managing customer's accounts by securing on time payments and collecting on delinquent accounts at customer's home and in the store.
As a brand ambassador always represent yourself and your company in a professional manner.
Complete weekly vehicle inspections ensuring proper maintenance is performed for safe driving and ensure daily that vehicles are clean and stocked with proper tools and accessories.
Assist in maintaining the highest quality showroom presentation that creates a customer friendly sales environment.
Be responsible for maintaining, organizing, protecting, and storing products in stock room area.
Actively learn about the products we offer. Be a product knowledge expert.
Use hand receipts on all product returns and payments in the field.
Complete all other tasks assigned at the discretion of management.

JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES
Perform all tasks related to renting apartment homes including generating traffic, responding to telephone and internet inquiries, greeting prospective residents, touring prospective residents throughout the property, qualifying prospects and closing the sale by obtaining a rental application and a deposit.
Visually inspect entire property daily for cleanliness. Inspect and touch up model units.
Process rental applications, obtain required documents, schedule move-ins and prepare all lease file documents.
Maintain lease files per policy and procedure.
Accurately record traffic from all sources daily.
Convert minimum of 30% total traffic to leases.
Follow up with prospective residents including a phone call within 24 hours and a minimum of two additional follow up contacts.
Assist with planning and implementation of community marketing plan to generate traffic.
Outreach marketing visits on a weekly basis. Maintain leads and contacts.
Pick trash up off ground, operate trash compactor when necessary and if called for, carry cleaning supplies and/or vacuum up or down stairs to apartment homes, and clean apartment to bring it up to resident ready standards.
Document all occurrences which need the Community Director's attention
Record resident service requests accurately and in detail to assist the serviceteam in the timely completion of all requests.
Schedule and inspect apartments for turnkey service.
Receive and acknowledge resident notices and prepare files.
Assist in lease renewal procedure by:
Complete lease renewal print out and submit to Community Director for approval.
Contact each resident by phone prior to 75 days before the end of his or her initial term.
Send renewal letters to those residents you are unable to reach by phone.
Type new leases and all applicable addendums.
Assemble move-in packages.
Keep market survey of competitor rates up to date at least monthly and visit competitors three times annually.
Keep all filing current.
Schedule guest apartment and clubhouse rentals.
Operate office alarm system in conjunction with opening and closing the office.
Deliver thorough move-in presentation to new residents.
Calculate daily rent, pro-rata charges, late fees, and percentages (multiplication, division, addition and subtraction skills necessary).
Communicate clearly to residents, both verbally and in writing, using proper grammar and spelling.
Maintain a complete clean and neat appearance. Personal appearance must be clean and neat at all times, according to Caliber policy.
Demonstrates customer service skills by treating residents, coworkers, supervisors, and vendors with respect, answering questions in a calm and open manner from coworkers and residents. Responds sensitively to concerns/complaints and exhibits a sense of urgency.
Assists the Community Director and Assistant Community Director with other tasks as required.

Confront students who fail to comply with policies or violate other residents' rights; refer these students to the RLC.
Support other staff members in the education of hall policies.
Administrative
Be on call (weekdays 4:30 p.m.-8:00 a.m.; weekends and University holidays/closings 24 hours) for the residential community on an assigned, rotating basis, and in emergency situations.
Assist in the opening and closing of the hall (and apartments when applicable) each semester and at every break period.

Position Summary: Madison Core Laboratories Phlebotomist's are responsible for efficiently and accurately collecting blood and specimen samples for laboratory analysis, depending on their specific facility. This position will be expected to work a flexible work schedule serving Dothan and surrounding areas. (Working Hours could range between 5:30am- 5pm)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently collect blood and specimen samples- based on facility needs
Identify patients and their personal information using a form of ID and/or medical records
Ensure quality and quantity of collected samples
Label samples correctly and send or deliver for testing
Answer related patient questions and provide useful information
Adhere to all health and safety standards while working in the facility and/or traveling
Follows instructions and other duties as directed by supervisor
