Inspect facilities and equipment to identify maintenance and safety needs; report findings and recommend solutions. Support the operation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems. Assist with minor remodeling, painting, flooring, and related improvement projects. Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in safe working order. Assist with maintaining compliance programs such as asbestos management, hazardous materials handling, and safety procedures. Perform moving, lifting, and setup of furniture, supplies, and equipment as required. Communicate effectively and professionally with staff, vendors, and contractors. Participate in professional growth activities. Respond to emergency service calls or after-hours requests when necessary.
