This role is primarily focused on Grow and Change initiatives, supporting enhancements, new development, and system changes across Colonial mainframe Operations & Engineering (O&E) applications. The engineer partners closely with Grow teams, business stakeholders, and downstream consumers to design, build, and implement reliable mainframe solutions while maintaining a strong focus on quality, scalability, and controlled production transitions.
