Kitchen+Bar Lead Bartender**

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen+Bar Lead Bartender to join our team at Drury Hotels. As a Kitchen+Bar Lead Bartender, you will be responsible for opening and closing the hotel Kitchen+Bar, maintaining a clean and well-organized food prep and hotel bar area, and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities:

* Open and close the hotel Kitchen+Bar following Company policies and procedures

* Maintain the food prep and hotel bar area in a clean, well-organized manner

* Serve and assist guests with food and beverages

* Present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality at all times

* Answer questions about the hotel, area, and events

* Perform duties of bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server or other positions as needed

* Maintain a high level of professionalism and diplomacy when dealing with difficult situations and people

Qualifications:

* Must be 21 years old or older

* One year of bartending experience required; two or more years of bartender and supervisory experience preferred

* High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of two years of college preferred

* Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and communicate effectively in English

* Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per Company requirements
