What you will do * Work closely with our other internal departments to organize and schedule all installations from first customer contact to the closing out of the contract. * Perform welcome calls to each customer within 48 hours of job booking. * Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure installation site readiness i.e., construction progress, lift availability, network connectivity, proper personnel on-site, etc.
* Coordinate and schedule JCI technicians and subcontracted vendors using proprietary scheduling software to ensure on-time installation completion for each installation job. This includes initial installation meetings and each return trip thereafter.
* Create job packets with all pertinent installation job details and required forms and provide to Installers prior to job start.
* Track and verify on-time delivery of all materials needed to complete installations.
* Update all pertinent information in our Installation Backlog Tool so that all stakeholders are informed of installation progress from the time of booking to completion.
* Authenticate and process all necessary paperwork to ensure that each installation meets with JCI's Zero Harm safety policy.
* Process all necessary paperwork to ensure timely closeout of the installation. This requires solid communication with multiple internal departments.
* Facilitate the closing of each installation job either directly or through follow-up with various other departments.

What you will do
The HVAC Equipment Account Executive is responsible for the sale of Johnson Controls HVAC Equipment offerings to mechanical contractors, designers, consulting engineers and owners. You will promote the Johnson Controls value proposition to construction community by providing business and technical solutions and build and manage long term customer relationships/partnerships with assigned accounts. You are responsible for customer satisfaction and loyalty while working in conjunction with operations partners and position renewable service agreements as a foundation of managed account relationships. In conjunction with construction events, sells, renews and expands renewable service agreements, including multi-year agreements, to both new and existing assigned customers.
Builds partnering relationships with the owner construction community responsible for the decision-making process to drive the sale of Johnson Controls offerings. The Precision Assembler will be responsible for the preparation of assembly work and documentation. This position will also assemble a variety of equipment and tools and perform test requirements. Responsibilities Include:
Complete assemblies according to drawings, instructions, and work orders, performing testing when required.
Demonstrates an advanced understanding of inspection equipment, their functions and uses to ensure that all parts and assemblies are within specifications.
Ensure all parts and components are clean prior to assembly and that assemblies are completed properly, following all assembly procedures.
Follow all safety procedures, and wear required personal safety equipment.
Operate various precision measuring tools, i.e. micrometers, vernier, and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines), in a warehouse environment, as well as hand tools, i.e. hydraulic torque wrench and fire torch.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within assembly.
Have a sharp eye for detail and a results-oriented approach.
Capable of calculating basic mathematical functions including computation of rate, ratio, and percent and to convert one type of measurement into another.
Participate in CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) activities as needed and comply with all Flowserve policies and procedures.

+ Work in industrial, municipal water, and wastewater facilities that may be under construction or already existing and may be required to travel internationally as well as domestically, with some extended stays. Work may exceed eight hours per day.
+ Be responsible for the commissioning of both single water treatment devices as well as entire industrial systems.
+ Maintain standard internal documents and reports, scripting details & updating tasks including managing and separating work done, and work to be done to maintain typical project schedules.

Provide a leading role in maintenance and repair process that negatively impact the foundry.
Process and disposition non-conforming returned material. Recommend CIP that aligns with mitigating future non-confirming returned material.
Administer the CMTR (Chemical and Mechanical Test Result) Certification program, engage with customer and resolve any inquiries related to materials certification. Dispatch samples to outside laboratories.
Maintain support of ISO Quality System and assist in internal/external audits and resolution of Corrective Actions associated with the Dayton Titanium Foundry.
Work with customers to process orders in a timely and effective manner.
Be willing to attend educational trainings and seminars.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Foundational knowledge of materials and mechanical properties

Work closely with our other internal departments to organize and schedule all installations from first customer contact to the closing out of the contract.
Perform welcome calls to each customer within 48 hours of job booking.

Job Overview:
The Field Service Technician for Ingersoll Rand's Compression Systems and Services Division serves customers by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all makes of rotary screw and reciprocating and/or Centac and ECC air compressors, along with additional compressed air system components. You will use precision measuring tools for diagnostic troubleshooting of compressed air equipment. In addition, you need to have knowledge of all operations and parts manuals associated with all equipment.
Responsibilities:
In addition to performing preventative maintenance on Ingersoll Rand compressed air equipment, our service techs will interact with customers to address existing and unanticipated equipment concerns. Collaborate with Service Coordinator on ordering and gathering parts and supplies necessary to complete installations and repairs. All service technicians will assist and train apprentices and Field Service Technicians.
* Effectively communicates verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers.
* Provides technical assistance on equipment pre-commissioning and start-ups, installations, and repairs of compressed air systems. Including "hands-on" work to assure equipment operates to customer's requirement with limited guidance from the Master Technician.
* Increases Ingersoll Rand customers awareness of how Ingersoll Rand products, services, and solutions, such as Preventative Maintenance, Diagnostics, Audits and Leak Detection can benefit their operations.
Requirements:
* 2 years+ experience of troubleshooting industrial/commercial mechanical systems.
* Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI in the previous 5 years, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
* Every service technician is required to be on-call, but you will not be on-call for the first 90 days to get used to the schedule. This is shared with every service tech, and it requires being available 24/7 for the 1-week duration where you will go to customer sites. On-call weeks can be as often as every 4 weeks or greater than 4 weeks, but that will be determined by the hiring manager.
* This position is highly physical and requires regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, and kneeling. It requires employees to regularly lift and or move weight limits in line with the safety policy.
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.

* Able to read wiring schematics and diagrams for all equipment.

+ Work in industrial, municipal water, and wastewater facilities that may be under construction or already existing and may be required to travel internationally as well as domestically, with some extended stays. Work may exceed eight hours per day.
+ Be responsible for the commissioning of both single water treatment devices as well as entire industrial systems.
