What You Will Do
As the Head of the Product Model Center of Excellence (PMCoE) for our IT organization, led by the CDIO, you will lead the enterprise-wide shift from project-based delivery to a product-centric operating model. You will define the vision, strategy, and execution roadmap to scale product management capabilities, drive customer-centric innovation, and embed product thinking across the organization.
You will lead a dedicated Center of Excellence team focused on three key pillars:
Scaling the Product Operating Model
Champion a Product-Centric Vision: Define and evangelize a compelling product transformation strategy aligned with enterprise goals and customer outcomes.
Drive Strategic Roadmaps: Co-create and iterate on transformation roadmaps with prioritized initiatives, clear outcomes, and measurable impact.
Enable Product Governance: Design and evolve a scalable product taxonomy and governance model that promotes clarity, ownership, and alignment.
Align Cross-Functional Stakeholders: Partner with Business, Finance, Technology and other leaders to ensure alignment, secure buy-in, and sustain momentum.

What you will do:
As a Senior Buyer, you'll be part of our diverse global team making a significant impact on our organization. You are responsible for all operational and advanced procurement activities and leading cross-functional teams in strategic planning, analysis and execution of consolidated purchase agreements that require evaluation of leading edge technology. Job Summary
Step into a fast-paced, customer-focused environment as our Service Supervisor in the compressed air commercial segment. You'll oversee the local service function across the full equipment life cycle while partnering with the sales team to drive business growth. Responsibilities
* Effectively attract, coach, counsel, train, develop, and retain all service employees. Drive continuous improvement through company performance management process and technical product training programs available. * Collaborate with the service coordination function to respond efficiently to customers, ensure technicians' training and skill level is appropriately matched to service customers, and ensure resources are effectively leveraged across the service area to maximize Service Technician utilization. What you will do
Fire Sprinkler Installation employees are responsible for the installation, service, and repair of fire protection systems including wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and foam suppression systems, as well as fire pumps and backflow devices. Installers are also responsible for the execution of the installation project plan including equipment delivery, accurately forecasting installation hours, anticipating potential challenges, and properly securing all Johnson Controls tools and equipment at the end of each work period to prevent damage or loss.

Job Overview:
The Centrifugal Service Technician - Compression Technologies and Services - serves customers by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining our centrifugal compressor product lines including Centac, Turbo Air models, and large reciprocating air compressors along with additional compressed air system components. This involves supervision of the installation and startup of new equipment; on-site major repairs; detailed troubleshooting and any other phase of compressor repair. You will use precision measuring tools for diagnostic troubleshooting of compressed air equipment. In addition, you need to have knowledge of all operations and parts manuals associated with all equipment.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the correct installation, maintenance, and field repair of the equipment manufactured and sold by Ingersoll Rand at the purchaser's location.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the field installation and repair requirements of this equipment.
* Provide technical advice and be able to train customers, potential customers, field salesmen, and field service trainees.

Experience
15+ years of leadership experience in GBS, shared services, or enterprise transformation.
Proven track record of building and scaling GBS organizations across multiple functions, geographies, cultures and languages.
Experience leading transformation in matrixed, decentralized environments with strong regional autonomy.
Skills
Deep process management expertise in GBS operating models, outsourcing, and automation.
Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, RPA, AI/GenAI, and digital tools.
Exceptional stakeholder management, change leadership, and strategic planning capabilities.

How will you do it
We are looking for skilled HVAC Mechanics who have practical work experience in their trade, (HVAC piping, plumbing, pipefitting and /or mechanical equipment service industry).
Mechanics must have practical working experience in light commercial or commercial mechanical equipment. May be required to satisfactorily pass an examination to identify special skills. Scope of work shall be limited to commercial HVACR service. Servicemen may partner with Journeymen in the repair of centrifugal, steam turbines, and open-drive screw chillers. Perform maintenance, repair and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems.

Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve facility inefficiencies and resolve service-related items. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of commissioning and aftermarket service. Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility is running efficiently to include upselling opportunities. Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.
What we look for Required
* Must be a member or willing to join the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO.
* Be a dedicated member of a North America Branch team willing to learn and be responsible for system trouble shooting, repair and aftermarket services for this fast-growing business.
* Minimum of Three (3) years Commercial and/or industrial, mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry. This includes Rooftop units, pumps, fans, towers, boilers, chillers, compressors, plumbing.
* Mechanical shaft alignment using dial indicators, etc. of pumps, fans, Compressors.
* Able to use vibration equipment to trouble shoot drivelines.
* Travel maybe required 10% to 20% to support Branch Customers activities, trouble shooting, installation and repair.
* You will be required to pass a knowledge examination to assess proficiencies.

* You will work with other local market mechanics as well as Servicemen and apprentices.
