Education and Experience:

Licenses or Certifications:
Valid Class B CDL driver's license required. Class A CDL license preferred or the ability to obtain a Class A license within one year of employment. Integrated Transmission System Operator Certificate

Assist with the installation, modification, and maintenance of electrical systems under the direction of licensed electricians.
Support job site organization and cleanup following the completion of tasks.
Help with material handling and equipment setup.
Pull wire, bend conduit (EMT, RMC, PVC, etc.), and assist with manual excavation as needed.
Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely and efficiently.
Learn to read and interpret basic electrical drawings and blueprints.
Observe and follow all applicable safety procedures and codes.
Work closely with Journeymen and Project Leads to learn proper methods and practices.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Demonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service on job sites.
Requirements
Required qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
0-2 years of experience in electrical work or related field
Interest in pursuing a career in the electrical trade
Basic understanding of electrical safety practices
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Physically capable of:
Lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly
Working in confined spaces and overhead
Standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders for extended periods
Working in environments with hot or cold temperatures
Ability to work at heights and use lifts, ladders, and stairs safely
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Preferred qualifications:
Enrolled in or interest in enrolling in an apprenticeship or trade school program
Bilingual, especially English/Spanish
Prior exposure to electrical work in commercial, airport, or industrial settings
Familiarity with basic tools such as drills, pliers, screwdrivers, and multimeters
OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to complete upon hire)
